Sprints

Covering 100m, 200m, 400m, and speed development for team‑sport athletes. Whether you're a track sprinter or an athlete looking to gain a competitive edge in your sport, this training is designed to sharpen power, technique, and speed endurance through structured drills, targeted strength work, and smart recovery strategies.

 

Middle Distance

Middle‑distance training at Accel Running blends speed, endurance, and efficient race‑specific technique to help athletes excel across the 800m, 1500m, and 3000m events. The program develops strong aerobic capacity while sharpening the speed and tactical awareness needed to perform at a high level.

Distance

Building aerobic strength, efficient technique, and lasting endurance for events over 3000m - with smart mileage, structured sessions, and supportive coaching that boosts performance and reduces injury risk.
